Excel 2002 Visual Basic for Applications
Course length: 2 days.
Prerequisites: Excel 2002 Advanced or equivalent knowledge.
This course is designed for students who are familiar with Excel as a user and wish to progress to programming.
- Run macros and understand the basics of a Visual Basic Module.
- Create relative and absolute recorded macros and assign macros to various objects.
- Write procedures that execute one or more lines of code repetitively.
- Write procedures that test conditions and then run only certain statements based on the results.
- Create macros that interact with the user.
- Store Excel macros so they are available in any workbook.
- Analyze how code works and locate the source of errors.
- Understand the basics of Visual Basic programming.
