One quick question - I have added several check boxes to a Frame. How can I align all the check boxes ? I am sure there must be some way to do it quickly. Thank you for your time.

Hi Cecelia

Thanks for attending our microsoft excel training vba course.

You can use the Drawing toolbar to align objects.

First make sure the drawing toolbar is turned on
Tools > Customize then choose the Toolbars tab. Make sure there's a tick beside the Drawing toolbar

Then select the objects you would like to align. You may find it easy to hold down the control key then click on each object until they are all selected

From the Drawing toolbar click on the Drawton and from the menu that comes up choose Align or Distribute. From here you will find several options to align the objects you have selected.

If you have further questions please do let us know.

Kind regards,

Andrew
