Inserting video clips & pictures from internet to powerpoint

What would be the best format to use when inserting video clips and photos to ensure an easy to use clear picture or clip?

RE: Inserting video clips & pictures from internet to powerpoint

Hi Alan

The best files types to use for videos in a powerpoint slide are .avi and .mpeg

Saying this Powerpoint accepts many movie formats. So if the movie plays with no problem in your Windows Media player it will play in the slide.

Also make sure you get a video with good resolution.

If the video clip only takes up a small section of the slide stretching it to fit the whole slide will distort the clip.

Hope this helps.
