Hi Marius,

Hope you are using more of Excel & PowerPoint these days!

Anyway, to align graphs & text. You should go to FORMAT menu and choose SLIDE LAYOUT. Select CHART & TEXT layout.

If you added the chart on after creating the slide, you simple REAPPLY the CHART & TEXT layout again. PowerPoint will realign each element to fit the slide.

Ways to make exact copies of shapes

There are several ways of making exact copies (duplicates) of shapes you have already drawn in PowerPoint:

1. Use Copy and Paste.

2. Select the shape you wish to duplicate and use Ctrl + D.

3. Select the shape to be duplicated, then hold down the Ctrl key while you drag to the position where you want the duplicate shape to appear.
