Hi Tess, Thank you for your post, In answer, to enter the text Page Number before the entry x of y you can type the word "Number" into your autotext entry. Follow these steps:
Menu command View, Header and Footer, place your insertion point at the position you wish to have your page number entries, select the option Insert Auto Text, on the drop down you will see the entry Page x of y, click this option, when the entry is placed in your document, click at between the word Page and the number 1 and enter your text, in this case the word number; the word will now appear on each page. 1. Go to Tools - Customise.

2. Select the Options tab.
