Hi Andy, Thanks for your post, In answer to your question; Usually when printing labels/envelopes you would select the size of label or envelope that you are going to use, if this is the case the program will set the parameters that the text will be inserted into. If you do not set the size/type of label or envelope then you will be required to set the margins manually. I recommend that you use the correct label/envelope type and choose this from the options list. I hope that helps, best regards Pete
