How can I import a picture from another file?
Until now I have opened the file and then ctrl + print screen and then pasted it to my slide. If I then want to make the picture bigger then the solution becomes slurred. Is there any other way to do it??

Hi Elisabeth,

Thanks for your question.

Regarding to handling pictures in PowerPoint, the program has very limited graphics tools.

To import pictures, there are 2 ways:
1) INSERT menu -> Picture -> From File, then choose the image file
2) Locate & open the image file, copy & paste it into PowerPoint slide.

For capturing your screen:
1) ALT + Print Screen (not CTRL) captures the active screen
2) Print Screen captures the full desktop including any opened windows

See if these options are any help.

Regards,
