RE: ms excel

Hi Binta

Thank you for your question

The differences between Excel 2000, 2002 and 2003 are minimal. 2007 appears very different in terms of its interface and can initially be quite confusing to anyone used to one of the earlier versions.

As to popularity. It is probably fair to say that 2003 and 2002 are still the most commonly used, but this will probably change over the next 12 months as more businesses uograde their systems and migrate to Office 2007

Hope this helps

Regards

Stephen

Excel tip:

Some examples of CTRL key shortcuts in Excel 2010

Did you know that the old CTRL key shortcuts haven't changed from previous versions of Excel to the 2010 version?

They remain exactly the same:

Ctrl+B for bold
Ctrl+I for italics
Ctrl+P to Print
Ctrl+S to Save
