Hi Liz, thank you for your post, in answer to your question, from Best Training of course, and this forum will give you some good answers to many FAQs. Seriously, there are a whole heap of books on the market which will give you a great deal of information, however nothing is better than a structured course and of course using the program after you have been on a course.
