Our shared database at work is saved on a server. Would there be a way of receiving a message indicating which other users are in the database at the same time, when I want to use it. As it is, it sometimes does not allow me to save my changes when I make them as other user's are using it at the same time - they have to exit before it will allow me to save.

Andrew

Our apologies for not getting back to you. i'm not sure of the issue here, certainly using an Access database you should be able to have multiple users.

If you are still looking for resolution to this matter then let us know.
Regards

Jacob
