Thank you for your question
If you open the report in design view and then open the toolbox (accessed by clicking on the toolbar button with the hammer and spanner icon)
On the toolbox click on the insert picture button, browse for the logo and insert it.
If you want it to appear at the top of each page, place it in the page Header. If you want it just at the top of the report, put it in the report header.
