Hi Claire

The best way to set up any template is using slide master because you can set up all the backgrounds and formatting styles you will need

to get the slide master you will need to go to the view rippon
and click on the slide master button, then when you have set up the master slide you will need to save this as a template.

If you want to use this on other presentations you will need to save this where the presentation designs are kept, then you will be able to use this within the slide designs area and apply it to other shows
