Thank you for your question

Resources can be allocate to tasks in a number of different ways.

The simplest is to open the GANTT chart and then click on window-split screen. This will divide the screen in 2 with the GANTT Chart in the top half, and the task information view in the bottom half. In the resources half of the bottom pane you can now select the resources required for each individual task and allocate them accordingly.

You should also remember to set each task to effort driven/ not effort driven as required (probably the latter) and to choose the correct task type (Fixed Work, Fixed Unit or fixed duration)
