Dear Sally
Thank you for attending Excel Intermediate Course. I hope you enjoyed the training.
This is a common error that appears when you try import data from other source.
The solution is quiet Straight forward.
Step 1: Click anywhere inside the data
Step 2: Choose Edit> Replace… from the Menu bar. (You can use CTRL +H as a shortcut key)
Step 3: In the Find what type in “
Step 4: In the Replace with box DO NOT enter anything.
Step 5: Choose Replace All and a message will appear telling you how many replacement it has made.
If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to answer that!!
Kindest Regards
