Hi Damian

Thank you for your question

If you click on File_Save as you will obtain the sales as dialog

At the top of the dialog there is a menu bar called tools. Click on this and select general options.

This then allows you to choose a protection password that must be entered before anyone can view the project and a reservation password that must be entered before anyone can edit the project.
