Vlookup
Deirdre has attended:
Apart from numbering columns incrementally in a specific row or counting the columns, is there any way to determine the column number when using vlookup?
RE: vlookup
No - you will need to know the number of the column you want. You can get a list by highlighting the entire headings row and in a new tab right click in a cell. Choose Paste special and select transpose. This will give you a vertical list which might help you see what columns there are in a list format which you can then add numbers to.
