Hi Gemma, Thank you for your post, in answer to your question, to duplicate a graphic the easiest way is to select the graphic and then press the keyboard command CTRL+D. I hope that helps, best regards Pete.

Powerpoint tip:

Run presentation manually

If you have saved slide timings but want to run the presentaion without the timings, choose Slide Show, Set Up Show command, and under Advance Slides, click on Manually. When you want the timings on again, select Using Timings, If present.
