Are you able to link templates? One in the original template folder and link this to a copy on a shared drive, which co-workers can use?

I am afraid the answer to this is not very straightforward. The template folder resides within your hard drive and a shared folder is on the network. If you speak to the technical team at work they might be able to come out with some solution to it because I know that if you put a file in the network folder on the server then that can be shared and used by other users.

I can’t think of a way of linking the template folder to the network drive. But if I do then I’ll definitely put it on the post!!
