Hi rebecca hope you are well

the answer to you question is very simply to answer, as long as you have the right element, this is the drawing toolbar.

to get the drawing toolbar it is found by right clicking on an existing toolbar then choosing the drawing option, you will then see a drawing toolbar appear on the bottom of your screen.

To create a text box find the text box tool and click on it to select it. move your pointer to the place you want your text box and click and drag out the size of your text box, then you can type the info you need
