Firstly thankyou for attending the course on Tuesday, and i hope you enjoyed it

as you will be aware there are basic formulas that are used as you may remember from Tuesday at the start of the day, we went through a refresher on formulas

he is a list of the bacis ones you may need

=sum(b3:b20) means add from b3 to b20
=average(b4,b7,d10,f5) find the average of the cells
=max(b4:d10) return the highest number from a range
=count(a3:h20) will count how many cells there are

you could also use the autosum button from the standard toolbar

that looks like this an M on its side

Just make sure you practice these types of formulas and you will be good in no time
