Project - Show summary task detail

HI , In our training we were informed that if we didn't set our projects to have a Zero task this would affect the calculations . We're just wondering what calculations they will affect .

Many Thanks

RE: Project - Show summary task detail

Hi Alison

Thank you for your question

I am assuming that by zero task you are referring to a milestone. I also assume that you are talking about the need for a final milestone, to which all tasks without natural successor tasks should be linked.

This is necessary to ensure scheduling continuity, whereby the final completion point of a project can easily be identified. Any task that is not linked to the final milestone
