Hi Dominique, Thank you for the post, In answer to your question to export a table to Excel; Select the table in Database window, then from the menu toolbar select File> Export and in the dialog box choose Save As type and select Excel 97 - 2000, give a name to the new workbook and click Export. The New Workbook will be created in the folder that you have chosen. I hope that helps, best regards Pete.

Access tip:

Create An Inaccessible Field On A Form

There is sometimes a need to make a field in a form look like a normal field but be completely inaccessible to the user. To do this:

In the Field's Properties
Set the ENABLED property to No
Set the LOCKED property to Yes

The field will not grey out, but the user will not be able to do anything with it.
