Hi Wendy

Hope you enjoyed your course on wed the 12th

As for your question there are two answers to this

1. this depends if you want to see the table in the slide, if so then you would copy the table in word then in Powerpoint go to the edit menu and click paste special and choose paste link

1a. This means if the table changes in word it will reflect in PPT

2. If you don't want to see the table, then its a bit harder to do (but still doable) firstly save your word table in word
then go to PPT select the thing you want to use a a link and then go to the insert menu and click hyperlink

2a. locate the file you want to link to, then click OK

to use this when the slide show is running when you get to the slide with the H.link on it move your mouse to it then it will become a hand, then click
