Hi Carol,

I hope you enjoyed your recent Excel training.

To show the SUM/NUM information you need to ensure that the Status bar is turned on. To do this go to View and click on Status Bar. Your Status Bar should appear, and if you go to View>> again, you should see a tick next to Status Bar. This acts as a toggle function, so if you click Status Bar again, it will turn it off.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Excel question?

Have a great day.

Regards,

Nicole.

Hi Nicole,

Thank you. I knew it must be something simple but couldn't work out what!

Carol
