Hi Martin,

If you select the Project menu, then choose Sort followed by the Sort By option. In the first box choose the Duration field from the list and make sure the Ascending option is selected.

Ms project tip:

Enter a Date

You can enter today's date (or tomorrow's date) in a date field, by simply typing in the word 'today'or 'tomorrow' and Project will insert the date for you.
