Send To Miscrosoft Word Feature

When using 'send to' feature (eg send to word to create handouts), how do you customise the selection to be sent - as you would customise a slide show selection or order, for example?

RE: Send To Miscrosoft Word Feature

Hello Emily,
I hope you enjoyed your PowerPoint training session with us.

When using the Send to Microsoft Word feature, you can choose if you want to include notes, and if so, where they should appear in your document. The options are presented when you choose File > Send to > Microsoft Office Word... There is no way, to my knowledge to select only certain slides, or in what order they should appear. If you want to customise your document, you must first make the changes to the presentation, and save another version if you want, and then send to Word.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved. If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. And please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Have a great day.

Regards,
Mara
