Thank you for your question

I am assuming that you have a collection of different projects, that perhaps share resources and have shared task relationships.

Given this there are a number of techniques open to you.

1. I would certainly create a shared resource pool. This is simply a project file with no tasks, but with the resource sheet showing all the organisation's resources relevant to a project. This is then shared with each individual project, by opening the relevant project file and clicking on Tools-Resource Sharing-Share resources. This then allows you to open the resource pool, together with a master file which will show all the projects onm the same GANTT chart. You can then allocate resources and link tasks at the level of the enterprise

2. If a lot of your projects are similar in construction, you might find it advatageous to create a project template. This will save you from reinventing the wheel. Simply create your project to the point where all tasks ansd task dependencies are created. You can then save the file as a template by clicking on File-save as and choosing template from the file type combo. This will then mean that when you create a new project you will have the option to base it on this template.

3 Finally it is possible to use you master project file to get an overview of progress across all your tasks. Simply open your master file by opening the resource pool and selecting the relvant option from wizard dialog. You can then use then open the tracking GANTT and use the filter control to just show Project level infor. This will the show you percentage complete for each project

Hope this was useful

Regards

Stephen
