How do you make the Bullet points appear individually when you hit enter rather than them all appearing at once?

Hi Andrea, Thank you for the post, welcome to the forum, in answer to your question, by default when you add a new slide to your presentation PowerPoint will open a Title and Text content layout slide. This slide has automatic bullet points for each paragraph. If you dont wish to display the bullet points, click in the place holder to select it (the border will change) and either on the Formatting Toolbar, or Format>Bullets and Numbering deselect, or choose None. If you now wish to have a Bulleted paragraph (on its own) click the Bullet button before you start to type, dont forget to click it again when you wish to stop Bulleting. I hope that has helped, if so please click the Resolved link, best regards Pete

Powerpoint tip:

Open Presentation as a Show

To run any Presentation (.ppt) as a Show (.pps) When you select the Presentation in its folder, right click the icon and (****.pps) and then choose Show.
Shows (.pps) run in Slide Show view only, when the show ends or you press Esc, PowerPoint closes. Much more professional than going into a folder hunting for your presentation, opening PowerPoint and then switching to Slide Show View.
