Hi Sabrina,

You can record a macro to run any physical action that you might ordinarily carry out yourself in Word. So Yes you are able to record a macro to input specific text, and you can then have this macro saved within a particular template, such as a form - so that it only runs within that document rather than being available to every document within Word.

The easiest thing to do is next time you are running through your inputting, or creation process, to record the macro at the same time so that it is ready for you to run the next time you need to update the document.

Table Headers on Subsequent Pages

To make sure that your tables if they carry on to subsequent pages have a Table header on each page.
Select the rows at the top of the table which you would like to repeat on subsequent pages, select Table, Heading Rows Repeat. Note this does not work if you insert a hard page break (CTRL+Enter)
