Hi Meg,

I hope you enjoyed your Outlook training. Thank you for your question.

To share your calendar with others you need to have the Navigation Pane open make sure you have a tick next to Navigation Pane under “View”), and you need to be using an Exchange Server e-mail account.

In the Navigation pane you should see an option which says “Share my Calendar”. Click on this, and you can then choose to allow anyone access, or to specify the people you want to share with.
