Hi David, Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum, in answer to your question; create your workbook with text, values and formulas where you wish them to be, then go to the Menu command File>Save As and select from the Save As Type drop down, 'Template' select the folder where you wish the Template to be stored (if not in Excel's templates folder) Name the Template and press Save.
