Hi Nick

To stop the slide show animation you have two choices:

1. Select Slide Show and click Custom Animation.

2. Remove the aninations you don't require

This removes the animation permanently

Alternatively you could stop your animations from playing in slide show view temporarily:

1. Select Slide Show, Click Set Up Show

2. Check the box next to "Show without animation" under Show Options.

3. Click OK.

Remove the check from the "Show without animation" checkbox to enable animations to play again.
