Hi Maria, Thank you for your post, welcome to the forum, in answer to your question; yes you can print directly from a query result, the printout will print in table format. From the query result select File>Print and from the Print dialog box choose number of copies etc. etc. I hope that helps, best regards Pete.

Pop up property

If you want to focus the attention of a form / switchboard to a user then you can change the propeties of a form/switchboard for Pop up to On.

This meand tht the focus for the user must be on the form / switchboard
