how do I add video material to the Powerpoint presentation?

Hi Margaret
When you are on the slide where you want to insert the video, click the following:
MENU BAR > INSERT > MOVIES and SOUNDS > Move from File.
Simply navigate to the location of the file you want inserted, and insert it.
The video must be in a format that is able to be played on the machine that the presentation is going to be run on. Typical video files are AVI or MPEG files.
