Simple, one-off costs only. If you have a deal with a car hire company for any car at £50 per day, use the cost per use column. Every time the resource "Hire Car" is allocated, a charge of £50 will be costed in.

If you use the Std Rate column, you do not use Cost/Use - it is an alternative.
