Hi Maggie
Dreamweaver 8 is a software program which has been developed by Macromedia. The purpose of Dreamweaver 8 is to act as a web design/developement tool. When you have used dreamweaver 8 to create a website, you can upload it to the web using an FTP progrom, or by using the built in FTP program. When you have uploaded you website, you will be able to access via the internet.
