RE: Converting SmartArts to Bulleted lists!!

by - trainer Rajeev gold contributer[327 posts] (2008 May 8 Thu, 15:13) replyReply

Dear Carine

Thank you for attending PowerPoint 2007 Intro course. I hope you enjoyed it and you found the course useful.

The question you have asked is an interesting one. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find any special button or command that would convert the SmartArt back to Bulleted lists.

Please follow these steps to get the desired result:

1.Displaying the text pane ( you do that by clicking on the two arrows displayed on the left-hand side of the SmartArt )
2.Select al the bulleted list in the text pane and copy
3.Insert a new slide with Title and Content
4.Paste the content in eth bulleted area on the new slide.
5.Delete the original slide which contains the SmartArt

If I come across an easier solution then I’ll post that on the forum.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Rajeev Rawat
