Hi Tony, Thank you for your post, welcome to the forum, in answer to your question, which is covered in our Access Advanced course;
To set user rights you can use the Security Wizard which you will find by opening the Database window and at the Menu command Tools choose the option Security> User-Level Security Wizard.
Follow the steps to set user rights as required for your network.
Note: These operations should be carried out for the first time on a copy of your database, as incorrect operation could cause the database to become totally locked against all users.
