how can you move non working tome to the front o a bar?

If you click on format-timescale and in the resulting dialog box, click the non working time tab. You can then choose the option to draw non working time in front of the task bars

You can also use this view to have any bank holidays defined in your project default calendar appear as non working time. To accomplish this click on the calendar combo box and select your project default calendar.
