This is quite a straight forward request, but basically all I want to be able to do is change the colour of different individual cells.

I have made a table which has all the information relating to events i am organising. Within it i am using the table to show me what has been booked and what is yet to be sorted. I was hoping to be able to make the particular cell bold or a different colour when it has been completed, when i ahve tried to do this by highlighting the particular cell and then going to format and font it changes the whole table ratehr than the one cell.

Could you please tell me whether or not I can do this.

My first thought about your request is that individual cells in an Access table cannot be indiviually formatted for colour. You can do this in a form, per record using conditional formatting.

If anyone knows any different, please let us know.
