Hi Linda

Hope you are well, thanks for posting the question

I think you are asking for the way of creating a PPT fast and effectively

The format is as follows:

1. insert all the types of slide 1 after the other
2. type in all the text and titles
3. insert all the charts, tables and org charts
4. do your backgrounds
5. Insert all the clipart and wordart
6. insert all the photos and video clips
7. Transitions and timings

Please make sure when doing all of the above that you save your file often, and keep a track on the file size, in file and properties and the general tab

Powerpoint tip:

Creating a summary slide

To summarise all the the key point from all slides onto one PowerPoint presentation,

1) click Slide Sorter ( on view menu bar).

2)Hold down the CTRL while you click the slides that have titles that you want to include in your summary slide.

Open up the Slide sorter toolbar (Click on view- toolbars-slide sorter and then slide sroter button)

The summary slide is created and added to your presentation.
