Hi Dan,
In Dreamweaver 8, you can usually copy and paste Excel cells directly into the design view of Dreamweaver.
If, for some reason, this doesn't work, you can also import tabular data. Export (or Save As) your Excel spreadsheet to a CSV file, then in Dreamweaver go to File -> Import -> Tabular Data. Then browse to your CSV file and follow the dialogue box instructions to turn your data into an HTML table.
