Hi Hannes,

I think this is the same question!! But here is the answer again!!

My suggestion would be to import the data from access first. (Data>Get External Data> locate file) then turn the data once imported into a Pivot Table. (Data> Pivot table)

If you are unfamiliar with how to create a Pivot table let me know but I would do it in two stages.
