Hi Francis, welcome to the forum, thank you for your post, in answer to your question, there are literally hundreds of them, if you press the Alt key and the underlined character on the Menu it will open, then pressing the next underlined character will action that command for example ALT+T,O will open the Options dialog box from the Tools menu - if you are serious about keyboard commands try this website http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/excel/HP052037811033.aspx
