Working time

I want to change working time to 24 h, so I am going to tools, change working time and selecting 24h calender, but before doing that , do I have to select all columns that have the time, because if just change it without selecting all date, when I access calendar again, it displays default calendar, can you explain how to handle this tool, regards, Simona

RE: Working time

If you already have tasks in your project, you cannot change the working time for these.

You need to define the 24 hour calendar BEFORE entering tasks.

Ms project tip:

Format individual bars on your GANTT chart

To draw attention to a bar on your Gantt chart simply double click it. From the dialogue box that opens make your selection of text and bar modifications.
