Extra time to a task

How do you add extra 'buffer' time to a task / reduce time on a task - not the number of days.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Extra time to a task

Hi Jo

If I understand you correctly you might want to adjust how much work a resource will be carrying out on a task e.g. allowing 5 days duration for a task that takes perhaps an hour per day.

You can achieve this by switching to Resource Usage view and editing the assigned work for each task on a day by day basis.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Andrew
