Menu bar on each slide that allows you to go through each slide

how you do place a menu bar, ie. names of some of the slides on your template so that if you click/add a new slide the menu bar is automatically added??

ex: my template incl:
agenda
objectives
conclusion

if i add a new slide called purpose, how do i add this title in my menu without having to amend each slides menu??
thanks

RE: menu bar on each slide that allows you to go through each sl

Hi Bayly,

Thank you for your question.

In order to create a menu bar & able to amend the items with links is to use SLIDE MASTER.

Each presentation has its own master, the default ones are black & white and plain background.
  1. 1. Open your presentation, select VIEW menu > MASTER > SLIDE MASTER.
2.There're 2 slide masters by default, click on the slide master not title master.
    3. on the slide, draw a text box & type in the 1st topic item - "Agenda".
    4. select the whole text box again (not the text), choose SLIDE SHOW menu > Action Settings > under "HyperLink" Choose "Slide" then pick your agenda slide
    5. press ok > press ok
    6. repeat this until you created enough items on the menu
    7. Upon completion, press Close Mater View button (it's on the Slide Master View toolbar)

See if this helps

Powerpoint tip:

Removing custom dictionary entries

If you add something to the custom dictionary in powerpoint you cannot remove it. The way to get around this is to go into word and remove it there.
