Well there are several ways you could tackle this.
First, make a copy of your file, so that if you make a mistake, you can go back to the original.


Here are the steps:

1. Ensure that your list has column headings
2. Select the entire list
3. From the menu bar, select DATA, FILTER, ADVANCED FILTER
4. Select "Filter the list, in place", and tick the "Unique Records Only" box
5. Click OK, filtered list appears.

Copy and paste filtered list to desired location.

DONE

That is one simple way of doing it.
