Hello Eddy,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Access courses with BEST STL Training.
Thank you for your question regarding Forms and data access pages.

Regarding your question, I am not 100% sure what you mean when you ask about linking a data access page to a form.

In my understanding the data access page is a sepate object to a form, although it is a type of form, specifically designed for use on the internet.

If you are looking to add a link on the data acess page itself, you could always go to the design view of that page, and simply add a hyperlink to the page.

What I am not sure about is how you will link from the internet to a form within your database.

Please could you clarify what you mean, and then perhaps we can assist you.

If this resolves your question, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Richard

Access tip:

Copy a Previous Record's Values to a New Record

If you often enter the same value in one field of a table, there are two methods to save re-typing the data.

1. Use Ctrl+' (apostrophe) to repeat the value input in the previous record.

2. Change the field's DefaultValue property in Design View to the most commonly used value.
