Hi Caz

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

Text that you enter into a preset placeholder area on a slide will wrap itself. As soon as the line you are typing gets close to the edge of the placeholder, PowerPoint will start a new line.

Powerpoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
